I used to think this letter style belonged in time to the Psychedelic Art movement in California, in the 60’s, by the hands of great poster designers such as Stanley Mouse or Wes Wilson. But those letters were actually brought back to life from another period of time. Those funky letters were originally designed by the Austrian Secessionist founder Alfred Roller, at the very beginning of the XX’s. I love this kind of letters, you can stretch them and fill other shapes due to its huge amount of mass.
